The project for the new Unieuro Heaquarters represents a significant opportunity for architectural and functional innovation.
It is conceived as a distinctive element within its context, characterized by an elegant and pragmatic language based on a rigorous design process.
Every component, from volumes to façades, from circulation to landscape, contributes to an efficient system, avoiding purely formal solutions.
The compact envelope ensures both distributional and energy efficiency. The layout derives from a careful site analysis and aims to regenerate the area through a clear design.
Curved façades create dynamic perspectives, integrating the complex into the landscape while establishing it as a recognizable landmark, also visible from the Adriatic motorway A14. A green buffer mitigates noise and visual impact while improving environmental quality.
The project reflects Unieuro’s identity through a balance of light, nature, and technology.
Transparency and natural lighting define welcoming and representative spaces. The functional organization includes two main volumes: a circular three-level office building of about 6,000 sqm hosting management and offices, structured around a private green courtyard, and a 4,000 sqm single-level building dedicated to logistics and storage. The site is divided to separate flows. A park along the motorway acts as a buffer and recreational area, while an داخلی paved space hosts two squares that organize circulation and encourage interaction. Access is differentiated between headquarters and logistics. Sustainability is central: optimal orientation enhances daylight, while roofs integrate photovoltaic panels and rainwater systems. Greenery connects park, terraces, and courtyard, while the warehouse is partially embedded to reduce visual impact. The workplace concept promotes flexibility and well-being through open spaces, digital integration, and diverse environments supporting contemporary working models.
