Located along the coastline of Golem, within the dynamic context of Durrës, the project is conceived with the ambition of defining a recognizable landmark, capable of engaging with the natural landscape while establishing itself as a new icon of luxury hospitality.
The architecture is envisioned as a fluid organism that integrates with the coastal setting, creating a direct and continuous relationship with the sea. The open plan configuration generates spaces oriented toward the horizon, enhancing continuity between interior and exterior.
The generative concept draws inspiration from natural elements: the motion of waves and the action of wind shape an organic architecture developed across five levels. The volumetric composition is defined by sinuous balconies, conceived as overlapping waves that become inhabitable spaces, giving rhythm and movement to the façade.
The façade expresses the identity of the project: fluid surfaces create a dynamic horizontal articulation, with subtle variations between levels that evoke forms shaped by natural forces. The material contrast between reflective white parapets and recessed darker areas with wooden elements enhances depth and enriches visual perception.
In the evening, the building transforms into a lantern by the sea: integrated lighting highlights the plasticity of the forms, recalling the image of large ships crossing the Adriatic.
The functional program includes a 5-star hotel with sea-view rooms, complemented by a casino, conference and event spaces, and a panoramic sky bar. Outdoor areas, pools, plazas, and pathways create a gradual transition between the urban fabric and the beach. Landscape is an integral part of the project: sinuous paths guide the experience toward the pier and marina, offering diverse experiences and establishing a new reference point in international tourism.

A fluid, wave-inspired coastal landmark that blends architecture and landscape to redefine luxury hospitality through a seamless relationship with the sea.
